The Sargent Icefield lies in the eastern Kenai Peninsula bordering Prince William Sound northeast of Seward. It has numerous outflow glaciers. I chartered a floatplane and local copilot from Alaska Float Ratings in Moose Pass for this hour-and-a-half photo flight. This was actually the same airplane that I had flown in 2013, although it has been upraded since that time.
